GENERAL TERMS

Merchandise will always remain the property of Complete Collectibles until all monies due on that merchandise is paid in full.

Our pricing and availability is always subject to change without notice.

All deposits and payments received by Complete Collectibles cannot be transferred from one order to another.

With reference to "Pre Orders", once your collectible has been received by Complete Collectibles you will be advised of its arrival by email, normal post or telephone. Your order will be held for a period of 14 days from the date of notification. Failure to respond will forfeit all deposits and payments and the collectible in question will be placed back into stock.

With any order ("Pre Orders", "Lay-by's" ) once we confirm your order it will be cancelled if the required deposit is not received by Complete Collectibles within 5 working days of the due deposit date.  If purchasing a product from "In Stock", the item will be held for 7 days. If payment is not received the collectible item will be returned to stock.

The term "deposit" is defined as 25% or where applicable 30% of the invoice total with the exception of "Available to Order" collectibles where the deposit is defined in the schedule below.

Please note that if paying by personal cheque, funds must clear before merchandise is posted. Cheques and Australia Post Money Orders shall be made payable to Complete Collectibles.

Payments for purchases, pre orders or specialty orders must be received by Complete Collectibles within 10 working days of confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made.

POSTAGE, PACKAGING & INSURANCE

Postage within Australia is free on all orders over $150.

Merchandise will be shipped by Australia Post, depending on the area and size of the package.  Items are always packed together, this price isn't per item.

If you want your package insured we can quote you on an individual basis before charging or despatching parcel. We are proud of our packaging and use only good materials to protect your collectible.

International orders will be posted utilising Australia Post. Rates will be calculated on the current rates as charged by Australia Post plus any packaging costs. International buyers collectibles will be sent Airmail unless they specify otherwise and meet any extra costs. Insurance is payable on all international orders at the rate of $7.00 plus $2.00 per $100.00 or part thereof, per package.

Postal rates and charges as quoted above are subject to change without notice.  We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as we have no control over the parcel once it leaves our premises. International Postage rates can be viewed at http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp

LAY-BY

Subject to approval and the following terms and conditions, Complete Collectibles offers six lay-by options to our customers as outlined in the schedule below:

The buyer must be the holder of a valid Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. If you are not the holder of a valid Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard and you still wish to do a lay-by please email us .

The deposit is payable at the commencement of the lay-by and will be based on the total invoice value.

With credit card payments Complete Collectibles will automatically do the fortnightly payments. We require permission before doing this at the time of the order. (Either by email, phone or letter).  Lay-by's may be finalised before the due date by emailing us with your request.

Lay-bys cancelled by the customer, for any reason, will result in the deposit being forfeited. Any additional  payments made will be refunded.  Merchandise may not be dispatched until the lay-by has been paid in full. Contact us for details.

Complete Collectibles reserve the right to cancel layby's when one of the following occurs

1. The deposit is not received within 5 days of the due deposit date.
2. Regular payments are not made. 
3. Layby's are not finalised by the due date i.e. the layby has expired. 

If your layby has expired you will be contacted by email requesting that the layby be finalised within 10 days. If the layby is not finalised by the requested date or you do not respond to our email your layby will be cancelled and the deposit or a sum equivalent to 25% of the invoice total with the exception of laybys exceeding $1000.00 whereby 30% of the invoice total (which ever is the greater) will be forfeited. Any additional payments other than the 25% or 30% deposit will be refunded. 

Pre Release Orders or Available to Order merchandise cannot be placed on lay-by until the merchandise has been received by Complete Collectibles unless the merchandise is being imported through surface mail whereby we will commence your lay-by two weeks after the merchandise has been dispatched to us by our supplier.

If you wish to lay-by merchandise that we currently have in stock, purchase the merchandise through our shopping cart. The shopping cart will display the full price but you will only be charged the appropriate deposit as shown in the schedule above.  If you wish, you can also send us an email indicating that you wish to place your purchase on lay-by.

PRE ORDERS

A $20.00 deposit for each preorder item is payable within 7 days of placing your order, ONCE PRICING & APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME IS AVAILABLE, we will email you advising this.

If the deposit is not paid within the 7 days, your preorder will be cancelled .

Deposits are accepted based on the name of the item and/or it's description. Not all photos are available at the time of preordering. If you preorder an item which has no photograph, your deposit will not be refunded should you change your mind once we post its picture - if you are unsure of  preordering a particular item, because you don't know what it looks like, please wait until the relevant picture has been released and posted on this website.

Prices for pre release merchandise is subject to change without notice. If Mattel or our supplier changes the price of a pre release item after you have placed your order and prior to it being received by Complete Collectibles, we will advise you by email of the price increase or decrease. You will have the option, with reference to a price increase, to cancel your order and have your deposit refunded in full or to continue with the order and have your invoice adjusted accordingly. If there is a fall in price we will credit the difference directly to your invoice.

If you wish to pre order an item, purchase the item through our shopping cart. The shopping cart will display the full price but you will only be charged the deposit. We will not debit your credit card until we contact you and confirm both the order and the deposit you will be charged.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept returns or give refunds simply because you have changed your mind or don't like the doll. In the event that we do accept a return the shipping costs from you to us will not be refunded. We should be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will then instruct you on what to do. A $15.00 restocking fee will occur on each return. As shipping costs are included in the price of our items (unless otherwise marked), they are included in this fee. There are some exceptions to this, such as Kelly Club dolls and collectibles that go by Australia Post. They will incur a $5.00 restocking fee.

With International customers the additional postage costs are non refundable plus the same restocking fees apply.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers, an ideal gift for any collector, are available in various denominations for the  purchase of any in stock or pre order item. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please Note: Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment.

DISCLAIMER

Complete Collectibles is not responsible for any imperfections or flaws on the merchandise. This includes the finishing on the garments. We send the merchandise out the way we receive them from the manufacturers.
